Finding us
- The building
- Level 4, 520 Collins Street, between King and William Streets. Take the lift to Level 4. The street entrance is on Collins Street between King and William.
- Tram
- Trams 11, 12, 48 and 109 stop at William Street. Collins Street trams stop at the door.
- Train
- Southern Cross is a 6-minute walk; Flagstaff is 8 minutes.
- If the street door is locked
- Outside business hours the Collins Street entrance is locked. Call and someone will come down.
- Parking
- Paid parking in the surrounding buildings; public transport is usually faster at class times.

Booking is a phone call today. Cliniko online booking is licensed and not yet switched on — when it is, the live availability grid appears here. Until then, calling gets you a real answer from someone looking at the actual diary.

What we will ask on the call

- Name, a contact number, and your date of birth.
- What it is about
- A sentence is enough: the detail happens in the room.
- Cover or claim
- Your health fund for HICAPS, or your claim number and insurer for TAC, WorkCover, Comcare or DVA.
Until online booking is live these are taken on the call, so this is the script rather than a form.
